Failed to create report data wrapper

I've had a db with report working for months and all of a sudden, I am getting a:
The document "AllStatements" could not be opened.
Failed to create report data wrapper.

Any ideas what I can do to fix this?

I see your using a very old version of OO. Time to update I suggest. Perhaps you could upload a version of your db with sensitive info removed. But first, have you tried with your backup? If that doesn't work then it suggest that your version of OO is corrupted.

It says I'm using the latest version.

I just read your signature at the bottom of your post which says you are using OO 3.1 and Windows XP. Maybe it needs updating?
