Failed to create report data wrapper

I just upgraded java.
Now when I run a report on Base (that connect to an excel file), I get the error:
failed to create report data wrapper

How can I fix this?

Have you restarted the computer?
Apache OpenOffice 4.1.15 on Xubuntu 22.04.4 LTS

Have you installed the 32bit version?
AOO doesn't recognize the 64bit version.
LibreOffice 7.6.2.1 on Xubuntu 23.10 and 7.6.4.1 portable on Windows 10
