Base Auto fill (get info from other forms)

Good day,

I've haven't worked on a DB for a long time and is a bit rusted.

I'm in the process of creating a database for my company, in the one form I have a dropdown list where I select the contact person from my address book, but want to "auto" add the contact number in the next field. Please can someone please help to get this right.
