Printing Labels

I have a mail merge application using Base to print labels. Works great except when I print. It prints 1 page of labels and 1 blank page. Any suggestions on how to resolve this issue?

Are you mail merging into a Writer file? How many pages of labels are there?

Yes, into a Writer file. 300+ pages.

And everything looks correct in the Writer file? Have you tried a different printer, or a pdf printer?

Is the Page format set to LEFT or RIGHT so that a blank page is being added?

Do you have a paragraph return or manual new page which is causing a new, empty page to be printed? View > Non printing character's to see what is happening.

Do your labels extend beyond the bottom page margin? Page size? causing the spill?

Do you have a page format (eg Letter) which is larger than the paper in the printer (eg A4). Do some experiments to be certain you have a small gap at the bottom of your page between your last label and the margin.

What happens when you look at it in Page Preview?
