Image control form and animated gif ?

i have tried to put an animated gif in a image control in a form. I dont know if is normal but the image isnt animating the gif.
Is there a way to do it ?

I never used an animated gif on a form, and I never used the Base. But I know that: there is a setting parameter in the Tools - Properties... that allows the animated images:

(my attached pictrure is from the LibreOffice 4.4.7, but the settings of the AOO are similar...)

yes, i have that setting enabled in AOO

anyways i have seen animated gifs working in a Write document, but for some reason the same isnt working in the Base form....
