when I open a form only 41 records are visible insteand of 655 that exists. Is possible to solve this problem and how?

I tried to scroll down but in doesn't works and I've necessitary push the jamp last record button on nthe navigation bar...

A database table can have billions of records. Base only loads a screenful at a time and reloads when more records are requested.

...but real problem is due to the fact that the find function does'n work if all records isn't set down....
so, I realy ask for a solution to this problem. Do you know samthing like a macro?

If "the find function" is that provided by the binocular icon on the Form Navigation Toolbar, then it should work by selecting a couple of its tick boxes. See viewtopic.php?f=13&t=63645#p282336. Macros tend to be specific to each application and are preferable as a last resort.but real problem is due to the fact that the find function does'n work if all records isn't set down

Set to search backwards will solve the problem.but real problem is due to the fact that the find function does'n work if all records isn't set down
