[Solved] Only 41 records insteand of total (655)

Hi Folks,
when I open a form only 41 records are visible insteand of 655 that exists. Is possible to solve this problem and how?

I tried to scroll down but in doesn't works and I've necessitary push the jamp last record button on nthe navigation bar...

A database table can have billions of records. Base only loads a screenful at a time and reloads when more records are requested.

...but real problem is due to the fact that the find function does'n work if all records isn't set down....
so, I realy ask for a solution to this problem. Do you know samthing like a macro?

If "the find function" is that provided by the binocular icon on the Form Navigation Toolbar, then it should work by selecting a couple of its tick boxes. See viewtopic.php?f=13&t=63645#p282336. Macros tend to be specific to each application and are preferable as a last resort.

Set to search backwards will solve the problem.
