JDBC driver failure.

Post by Krahazik »

I am not sure where to post this pr to find answers, so creating this post.

I am trying to connect to a remote database using JDBC, but every attempt fails. All I get is
The JDBC driver could not be loaded.
There is no other information provided? How do I get this to function since it apparently does not work out of the box?

See if that helps: Connecting ooBase to a Remote MySQL Server.
Else, try this query.

64-bit Java but 32-bit office suite? Install a 64-bit office suite https://libreoffice.org or install a 32-bit Java.
