I have twice tried to transfer OO Calc spreadsheet info into Base but it only imports some of it, a different number each time. How do I get it all to transfer?
I have followed the instructions given.

Which instructions? Which database engine? We are not mind-readers.

Re: Not all spreadsheet info imports into base
Database columns are strongly typed, but speadsheet cells are not.
For instance when importing a column into a database table with one of the numeric types, all the cells in the spread sheet row must either contain numbers or be empty. If some of the cells in the spreadsheet column have string data, such as "Unk" or "-", those rows will not be imported and an error will be reported by the Copy Table dialog.
Another source of problems is if some spreadsheet cells contains a string that is longer than the length specified on the Type Formatting page of the Copy Table dialog for that column.

Re: Not all spreadsheet info imports into base
There are so many possible problems when pasting spreadshit into strictly typed data structures that it deserves yet another tutorial that nobody reads. Spreadsheet users do not even understand the differences between formulas and values, formatting and data, text and number.
