How to install OOolatex and set the paths

I've installed the OOolatex,
but maybe no postscript or latex was installed,for I use the
miktex-portable-2.8.3582

So which other softwares I should intall ?
better to add some links of that I need to download

My OS is windows Seven
OpenOffice is the newest version,
And I'm puzzled that why the time about the things of OOolatex things in the website is 2007 year?
