Draw Glitches

I like the program, however, I just spent 30 minutes creating a simple flier with some text boxes and 2 images.

I clicked Save, then Save As. Neither responded.

Then, if I click on a few elements, or maximize, it just looks strange.

draw_flier.jpg is how it looks proper. I've blurred it on purpose.
flier-aa1.JPG is how it looks after I try to edit it. Blackouts added.

Not saving. OO crashed. Lost whole file.

Why is that happening? Is there another version that will not do this?

Try the LibreOffice.
And always optimize the pictures before you embed them into any type of the documents.
