Saving Document as Template

Postby skuddle » Fri Nov 09, 2018 12:31 am

In the Status bar of my Draw window the word "Default" appears. I want to change it to "My Draw Template" so I did the following:

I clicked File > New > Templates to open the Templates Manager. A window named "Templates" opened. Below the Name field on the window was a Search... and a Filter box. The window contained one file (My Draw Template.otg) that was highlighted in dark blue. The highlighting also contained a small document icon with a check mark superimposed on it.

Does that mean that My Draw Template is set as the default template and if so, why does the word "Default" appear in the Status bar at the bottom of the Draw window?

I was expecting to see a "Set as default" button but the only buttons in that box were "Move", "Export", and "import" at the bottom right. I'm not sure where I went wrong, but I never saw any "Save as default" option. Can somebody give me a hand her?
