EAN-5 Bar Codes

I would like to insert the US Standard bar codes in book cover designs. The bar code generator I found includes about a dozen bar codes: EAN-13, ISBN-13, ...Code 128). I don't see any way to find the version number of this extension to Draw (under insert I do have an option for Barcodes).
The first bar codes in the list above should work for the ISBN, but I also need the price code, which is specified as EAN-5. Is there some way to generate an EAN-5 code that will export properly as PDF.
[I have Apache OpenOffice 4.1.5 running on Windows 10.]

It works (as the description of the first link suggests it) in the AOO an the LO, with the applications Draw and Calc.

It can handle the ISBN numbers, and the EAN-13 - but i can not see the EAN-5 in the list...
