Adding pages to Draw

I am a new user and can't find how to add pages to my document. Help would be appreciated
Open Office 3.3 on windows 10

Right click in the left column (entitled "Pages") and select "Add page" from the popup. If you do not have a left column, you need to turn on /View /Page pane.
