I have a pptx presentation and the videos don't work. What do I need to do?

yes, the ppt viewer worked except for 1 video, when I clicked on video it turned black but audio works, what do I need to do?

Change the encoding and/or the container format of the failing video or install any missing driver. I guess that even the MS powerpoint viewer utilizes some external driver to play videos. Details depend on the container format and the format of the contained video, sound, subtitles.

thanks, i downloaded windows codec for my operating system 8.1 and it worked! i had to uninstall apple software and update also. thanks for your help
