Control information on slides

I'd like to add some control information to each slide in a draw file, similar to the banner that often appears at the bottom of an architects drawing. Is it possible to add the following into text field:

Date of initial creation
Date of latest update / revision (to the slide)
Count of revisions (to the slide)
Slide number of (total number of slides)

Filename of draw file

Or does anyone know of a template that already exists that does this sort of thing

Draw has very limited support for fields (see Insert > Fields). It does have a "master" slide, where anything on the master will appear on every other slide automatically.
