You have given us a picture of what you now have. That does not tell us anything about what you expected to have, how you made it or what it consists of.

We don't usually perform divination, even if it may seem so at times. Any info much appreciated. The actual file strongly desired. Help us to help you!

We really need the actual file - the picture shows us what happens, but investigation of the innards of the file may allow us tell why it happens and what may be the cure.

OT: I suspect Australia doesn't like being categorised by font face :-)

Somehow a background fill of Blue classic has been applied to the whole document?

Edit | Select all, then go to Format | Area, select the Fill tab and change the fill colour to None. See Villeroy's answer below.

It's quite all right to have objects extend beyond the page area, or placed entirely off the page, but only the page area itself will be printed or exported.

(Maybe I have not some Fonts what the oroginal poster used in the document.)

You do not explain what the problem is or what you want it to look like.

If I assume the problem is "everything is blue", then that is because each shape has a blue background.

Draw a selection box to include everything.
r-click > Area > Area > Fill > None ..., sets all the blue to transparent, as in the first image below.
r-click > Area > Area > Fill > Colour > White ..., sets all the blue to white, as in the second image.
r-click Line > Line > Style > None ..., gets rid of the lines.

Or, as Zizi does, modify the default style for boxes.

You probably need to understand about bringing things forwards and backwards to choose what obscures what. See the Draw User Guide.

You also have a redundant text frame set to the size of the page.
Background set to None

Background set to white
