Dyslexia and autocorrect

Postby Mondriaan » Wed Mar 27, 2019 8:33 am

I recently started working with a number of elderly people as volunteer to help them with computers, one of these participants has dyslexia, now the autocorrect gives suggestions but these can be poorly understood by this person, would it be possible in the future that OpenOffice can give spoken suggestions?

Hi and welcome to the forum!

The devs rarely come here. FOr such request, you should file an enhancement request: [Tutorial] Reporting bugs or suggestions.

I think it is most unlikely to happen any time, let alone any time soon.

See the Writer Manual, the Writer FAQ, the Writer Tutorials and the Writer guide.

Remember: Always save your Writer files as .odt files. - see here for the many reasons why.
