Color palettes

Someone else complained about the colour palette, and when I read the post, it turned out that the complaint applied to Writer, which I rarely use. I do, however, use Draw a lot, and although the Writer palette leaves a lot to be desired, it is a lot better than those in Draw, which are single-dimensional lists that require scrolling to preview all the colours. It seems reasonable to me that there should be consistency in the palette formats in the different component applications (and also in the forums, which have yet another format). I would suggest three enhancements: (1) two-dimensional formats in all applications, (2) the ability to enter colour data in RGB format, and (3) for any given document, a sub-palette of user-generated colours and colours already used in the document.
