Hopefully you can see that; I forget what the restrictions are for reading the quarantine forum.
Discuss here, if you want. I think it's clear enough that it's not a thread that needs to be here, even if General Discussion is unrestricted.

I agree with Quarantine, acknak. I think we need to change the terms for General Discussion to "Computing related".

I'm not in favor of making restrictions.
First, they won't have any effect on the spammers.
Second, I think we have an excellent community here, with a broad range of interests, and could engage in useful discussion of topics completely unrelated to OOo or computers--if only to give pointers to better places to go for help.
I really don't have a problem if someone sincerely wants to come here and discuss nursing as a career, but this seems to be merely promotion, most likely for some commercial purpose.

Quarantine is for Volunteers only.
Clearly spam for me too. And anyway, there is too much spam to deal with nowadays. I'm for a zero tolerance, even with borderline messages where spam is suspected.
Of course, any non AOO or computer related topic has its place in the General Discussion forum.
