[Solved] Forum governance with Apache url > log in cycle

I received an email as follows:
In the end, after the 3rd or 4th time getting (2), I clicked on the link to the forum index, which loaded with a link 'log in'.
I used the first link provided and entered into a cycle of (1) logging in (2) receiving confirmation that I had logged in and (3) being asked to log in.You are receiving this notification because you are watching the forum,
