[SOLVED] Page breaks not showing in libre office 6

New install of libre. No display of page breaks in Writer. In Options > Writer > Formatting Aids Breaks is ticked.
Running on Ubuntu MATE. Same issue on LMDE MATE.

Try /Tools /Options /OpenOffice : Appearance, scroll diown to Text Document section and change Page and Column breaks from "Automatic" to a chosen colour - perhaps Red.

The above path may be different for LibreOffice.

The color shouldn't be a problem in LO. While page breaks in AOO overlay the top text boundary line, they are shown as a dashed line between the pages in LO. They are dispayed for me in Manjaro MATE.
