LibreOffice File format error found at SAXParse

Hi Every one,
I have same error. Not able to open docx file. It is small one and only 9 kb. Can some one help please?

File format error found at
SAXParseException: '[word/document.xml line 2]: Attribute w:hAnsi redefined
', Stream 'word/document.xml', Line 2, Column 12531(row,col).

Either use the methods described in
[Tutorial] Format error discovered in sub-document

or upload the file (as it is now!) to the Forum and someone will have a look at it.
Apache OpenOffice 4.1.6 on Xubuntu 18.04 (mostly 64 bit version) and infrequently on Win2K/XP
