LibO profile directory changed from
~/.libreoffice/3/user
to
~/.config/libreoffice/3/user
Rename registrymodifications.xcu, that should fix it.
Please add '[Solved]' at the beginning of your first post title (edit button) if your issue has been fixed.

Ah sorry, yes, you're under Windows. So try indeed to rename it, no need to move it.

As above I deleted the file and it was recreated next start and it worked then

Up to you. The point is that you remove the file so that a new one is created. Renaming allow to come back if there is no change and if you have to transfer some old settings to the new file.
If you haven't customized OOo very much, you can delete that old file.
