Changing the type of PDF created. LibreOffice Writer.

More and more these days Adobe documents are being reviewed with the notes adding feature in Adobe. I have an old Adobe V4.0 that I can use in Wine for this. However Libre Office generates PDF documents in PDF version 1.6 format which Adobe V4.0 cannot open. Is there a way to have the" Export as PDF". Generate PDF version 1.0 files so it can be compatible with my old version of Adobe ?
