Hi,
OO Impress shows tabs above the slides. Each tab representsw a view mode. (regular, notes, handouts... ). These can also be changed in the View-menu.
How do I switch these tabs off? So, how can I hide them to ude the space for the slide? I have a netbook with few screen space, and do not use the tabs.
I did not find anything in the help or in these forums. Google did not help either, or at least I was not able to find it.
Thanks in advance!
Uli
How to hide tabs with view mode above slide?
Re: How to hide tabs with view mode above slide?
Sorry, it's not possible as far as I know. Toolbars and menus are the only customizable user interface components that I know of in OOo.
Impress is a terrible waster of screen space in general. I wouldn't expect the tabs to be such a big problem. As netbooks become more popular, I imagine there will be more attention paid to this issue, but it's never too soon to ask for an enhancement: [Tutorial] Reporting bugs or suggestions
