Impress Dynamic Table from a Calc Spreadsheet
Impress Dynamic Table from a Calc Spreadsheet
Hello I´m crating a Building Directory using Impress and I want to have a calc spreadsheet with the tenats´ data and I want that data to be able to get updated by the building administrator through the network opening the Calc document and updating the data in the rows and when saved, I want impress to show the new data even if the slideshow is running automatically in a loop... Is this possible??? I´ve inserted a spreadsheet calc in an impress slide and the data is never updated even after changing information in the original file... What Am I doing wrong??? is this doable using Impress and Calc ???

Download, unzip, Tools>Options>Base>Databases, register Impress.odb as "Impress".
This will not include a live update since the source is a spreadsheet. With a real database or dBase as source it may work better
