AOO for Mac uses a disk image as an installation package, rather than compressed packages like Windows cab files and the various *nix formats like rpm, deb, tgz etc.just look in the installation cab file
However as Mac is a *nix like OS, AOO may be installed in a similar structure to Linux, in which case the AOO font files may be found in /opt/openoffice4/share/fonts/ - replace the 4 with 3 as appropriate to the AOO version.
