Can't automatically advance

I'm in Impress 4.1.3 saved as .ppt. I need to advance slides automatically every 15 seconds. In Slide Show Settings I've selected automatic and set at 15 secs. When I go to slide show, it still advances only with a mouse click. What am I missing?

I'm in Impress 4.1.3 saved as .ppt.
It is not a good idea to saving your important documents into foreign, obsolete, never standardized file formats.
Use the international standard ODF file formats.
