Custom Animation Problem

OpenOffice 4.1.3
Win 10 Home v. 1703
HP 15 Notebook
Intel Pentium 2.16 GHz
8 GB RAM

In Impress under the SlideShow Menu I can SEE and click Custom Animations, but according to help when it's clicked you should have options like New, Remove, etc

I get NOTHING when it's clicked and cannot proceed. I have selected the object (an image) first, Tried without selecting and tried different slides and objects.

Nothing. Any help is appreciated,

Have you reset your user profile? That is often a solution for problems with AOO.

OK, I found how to reset the User Profile and did so. No change.
