Error in sub-document content.xml

Hello all I am needing help in recovering a presentation. I have been having an issue that I cannot resolve. Once I close out the presentation when I go to open it I get an error:
Read Error.
Format error discovered in the file in sub-document content.xml....

I am using the latest version of openoffice 4.1.3 on windows 10

I have attempted to fix the errors by following this tutorial but my changes to the content file do not appear to save. So I went ahead and started the presentation over and yet again have this problem - I am attaching a copy of the latest version of my presentation - any help would be VERY much appreciated!!!!! Your document does not appear as an attachment. [Forum] How to attach a document here Note maximum file size is 128K. If your file is larger, use a file sharing site such as Mediafire or Dropbox. The link also contains information on how to anonymise your document if it contains confidential information.
