I went to add a slide in a presentation I have had for some time. I can't remember whether I originally wrote in in MS Power Point or Open Office Impress.
But when I went to write the heading, not only a different font was evident, but I couldn't find "Footlight MT Light" in the list of available fonts.
To get around this could I rewrite the slide headings in a font that Impress recognises?
Thanks in advance!

Yes, you can use any font that OpenOffice shows to be available, The Footlight MT Light font may not be installed on your current computer - fonts are not usually embedded in a presentation or a document file. If the requested font is not made available by the Operating System, OpenOffice uses as close a fitting font as it has, but this may not be fully satisfactory.
