eml files

Guys,

I'm not sure whether this would relevant here or not but here goes, my friends are sending me emails with pictures and I am saving them to my hard drive to view later, until recently I have had no problem viewing them in the impress package but more and more are being saved as eml files and when I try to view these it is about ten pages of text without the images.

Obviously something has changed and I was wondering what solutions there may be to resolve this.

Any thoughts?
