This behaviour seems to switch in while I'm working with impress, I have no idea why or how to turn it off:
When editing a text box as soon as I type new text, the original text appears to overlay the new text. Only when I escape out of the text box do I seem my update. It's a bit like typing blindfolded. Can anyone tell me what causes this behaviour to switch in and how to avoid it?

Re: Editing textbox hides new text while updating
Solved it.
I had Edit Points (F8) actie. Must have hit the icon in the tool bar by accident.
