my Version of Impress (Version: 5.0.3.2) is constantly and randomly crashing when saving big presentations.
Error msg: bad Allocation
is this a known issue ?
any solution for it?

A general first step for instability problems on OO/LibO is to delete or rename the user profile.
In addition, it is often the case that images are inserted into a presentation at too great a size. Try /Tools /Minimise presentation (In OO - possibly at same location in LibO?). This will reduce the size of the presentation without loss of projected quality. If the minimised presentation is stable, then the answer is to reconsider and adjust the resolution/size of your included images in the master copy.
