How can I add audio to impress gallery and will it support wma files ??
It's all new I'm afraid, so I must sound a bit thick but I'm trying

You can insert an audio file in a slide with Insert > Object > Sound.
You can add sounds to specific objects or events in the presentation, using the "Custom Animation" and "Transition" tabs.
I can't give you any more specifics, as I avoid using sounds myself. Maybe someone else can help with more details.
