How to print multiple notes per page?

I'd like to print pages containing 5 slides+notes per sheet of paper. That is, 5 rows, where each row consists of a slide thumbnail on the left and the corresponding notes on the right. There was a way to do that in Microsoft Powerpoint, but I can find no way in Impress. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Using Microsoft Office 2000, the following procedure did the job:
1. Add the speaker notes in PowerPoint as normal.
2. On the File menu, point to Send To, and then click Microsoft Word.
3. Ensure the Notes next to slides radio button is ticked.
4. Click OK.
The slides are automatically exported to Microsoft Word, displaying the speaker notes to the right of a picture of each slide. This way, rather than each slide being printed separately with one notes page for each slide (when using PowerPoint's standard File, Print, Notes Pages option), three slides and their speaker notes will fit on one page.

Thought there might be some analagous procedure in OpenOffice, but if so, I've been unable to find it.

Not possible with Impress--as far as I know.

You can set it up yourself; see here: Formating my printing output.
