question about image animation

Hi,
I created a animation in Impress. In the normal view, it looks fine, but it does not show up in slide show mode.
Also, sometimes, the animation is just dead, no motion at all, even though I set the 'counts of loops' to 'max'.

can anyone help?

What OS and OOo version are you using?

The animation I made includes two .png images. In each one, there are two 3-D spheres. The two balls are at different distances in the two images. The effect of the animation will be the two balls are vibrating, like there is a spring connecting them.
