Hello all,

I wish I had a better way of describing the problem, but at this point it literally looks like this: some random slides in a presentation, or some elements of an animation would for some mysterious reason take forever to load. Those elements do not seem to be particularly heavy graphically, nor do they seem that much different from other elements that load way faster.

Any advice on what may be behind that would be much appreciated.

Have you copied/pasted any material from the web into the presentation--even simple text?

Check under Edit > Links to see if you have any Internet links in the presentation, especially on those slides.
