Formating my printing output

Post by Michel Camiré »

Hello,

I'm new to Ooo, and would like to know how i can print a Power Point document the way i need it precisely.
Let say i need 3 slides per page, with some empty lines beside each of the
slides in order to take notes; how should i proceed? Wich modules should i use?

Many thanks!

Click on the tab above the slide in the center (editing) panel labeled "Handout".

Choose the three-slide layout from the "Layouts" tab in the right-side panel.

Move the slides to one side; use the line tool from the drawing toolbar at the bottom to add your lines.

File > Print > Options > Contents > Handouts = YES (check others if you want)

That's a quick tour; hopefully it's enough to get you started. Just ask if you get stuck on something.
