How to linke a hyperlink to the page that the user viewed previously,
(Not the last one page, or pagenumber - 1)

You can't. Sorry.
You can go forward a slide, back a slide, etc. but Impress does not maintain a navigation stack to enable you to go the the last slide if you jump out of sequence.
