Vertical Text

I created a text box, typed in what I wanted and I want to TEXT to be vertical (top to bottom). I know how to rotate the text box but that doesn't make the letters go from top to bottom. Help please.

Thank you, I appreciate it. Is narrowing the size of the text box really the solution? Why can't you manually orient it like in Open Office Calc?
