Want to display Presentation in only Part Screen

How can I run the presentation in only part of the screen? What I specifically want to do is have the presentation display text "banners" across the top of the page while a video runs in the lower part of the screen.

Reduce your Impress screen from fullscreen; in Slide Show settings, check "Window"; your Slideshow will now display in the size window you have reduced your Impress screen to, with an Impress top and bottom frame bar.

So there is no way to do it without displaying the application frame around it?

Create a video of your banner and put it above the other video. You now have a banner and your video but the banner will restart at each slide change although adding the banner video to the presentation master may help. Does an animated GIF work in AOO?

Does Animating images and/or Using slide transitions and/or Using slide animation effects in the manual offer anything suitable? LibreOffice may have more features.
