[Solved] Presenter Console

Post by Vildappel »

Hi! As I understand, the Presenter Console is now within OO, right? How do I get to a split screen - where I have my notes visible on my screen but the audience don't?

The Presenter Console only manifests when a second monitor or a projector is plugged in to the presentation computer. It does not manifest on a split screen. If you wish to rehearse, use any other monitor, plugged in to the external connection on the presentation computer, as a pseudo projector. The allocation of screens is then carried out in Impress on /Slide Show /Slide Show Settings.

In Impress, write your notes using the Notes tab, which doesn't need the Presenter console to be used; when you connect the (pseudo) projector they will show on the Presenter console.
