[Solved] File/Open Window is full screen... how to resize?

When I choose File/Open I'm getting a full screen window. How do I change it back to a smaller window, not full screen?
I've searched forums, can't find the solution, though I'm sure it's out there somewhere.
I have Windows 10, OO 4.1.13. When I open the File/Open window, it's now automatically fullscreen. How do I get File/open window out of fullscreen? Thanks!

Solved - I clicked the "Openoffice" icon, upper left of the File/Open screen and selected "restore"
