I restarted my computer (Windows 10) yesterday. Today, when I open the 300 page book that I am writing OpenOffice popped up a wizard to asking me to enter my first, last name and initials. When I went to open my document the list of previous documents was empty. When I found and opened my document it presented me with a panel for "ASCII Filter Options." No matter which option I choose it just shows ####### for the entire file.
Help.
