[Solved] Installed 4.1.13 & nothing works

I click on the desktop icons and I get either another box asking me to install OO or a list of the various files. I restarted my computer, with no change. Should I uninstall and re-install?

In the Windows Start menu, do you see an AOO icon? Or if you start to type "writer" or "open" for example, does it propose you the application?
You may launch the installer that is on your desktop in fact.

Hey Hagar,
Thanks for replying so quickly. I have launched the installer 5 or 6 times, with nothing opening from the desktop icon. I have downloaded Libre and am able to compose letters and other docs. I'll check the Start menu option but since Libre works, I'll probably stick with it. Thanks again.
