Error installing my new extension to LibreOffice Calc

Post by Oda312 »

Good day!
I'm trying to do the extension in LibreOffice Calc (version 7.1.5.2) via this link https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Dev ... tension/en

All steps are done. But when I try to install this extension - after accepting license agreement - the next messagebox appears grom Extension Manager:
"/home/buildslave/source/libo-core/basic/source/uno/namecont.cxx:2785"

Then I pressed OK, restarted LibreOffice - new button of extension didn't appear.
After I went to the Extension Manager, selected the extension, tried to press Enable - but there was the same messagebox.

Please, help me to fix this
or teach me how to make user extension properly :)

Best regards,
Olga

Fix what? I don't see anything to fix.
Do you really expect us to go through the entire tutorial?
Why don't you simply upload your broken extension?

P.S. found a working example by Luane Aquino @github: https://github.com/luane-aquino/hellowo ... -extension
Please, edit this topic's initial post and add "[Solved]" to the subject line if your problem has been solved.

I downloaded the extension from this link and tried to work with it, but result is the same :(
Maybe the problem is in the pathes in the file manifest.xml or in the version of LO?

Maybe the problem is in the pathes in the file manifest.xml or in the version of LO?

There is an unwanted line break and a whitespace in the line:

Code: Select all

manifest:media-type="application/vnd.sun.star.package-bundle-
description;locale=en"/>
Tibor Kovacs, Hungary; LO7.5.8 /Win7-10 x64Prof.
PortableApps/winPenPack: LO3.3.0-7.6.2;AOO4.1.14
