Re: An "invoice" sample

Gosh, that's really surprised me! I've used Internet Explorer for years and never knew it to do that (although I've often seen this kind of thing with Apple's Safari).

Anyway, your suggestion worked - so thanks again...

Re: An "invoice" sample

Many thanks for the quick reply. The downloaded file was a zip file and I tried to unzip the contents to "C:\Program Files\OpenOffice 4\share\samples". However, Windows wouldn't let me access that folder Whreabouts do I need to unzip it to?

Re: Sizing the OpenOffice main window

I figured it out... if I launch the main window, then I resize it (without loading any document) then I close it, next time I launch it, it's at the new size. But if I change the size while there's a document loaded, the new size gets forgotten :?

Sizing the OpenOffice main window

I just installed OpenOffice on Windows 7. When it first launched, the main window was a bit small so I resized it to make it a bit larger. Next time I launched it I realised that even the larger size still looked a bit small so I made it even larger. BUT... each time I launch it, it insists on launc...
