Scroll bar malfunction

I am using OO 4.0.1 on Windows 10 and have had no problems until today. When I click briefly on the arrow at the bottom (or top) of the vertical scroll bar or get into the bar when highlighting something to copy, the screen starts scrolling and does not stop for anything. I am also locked out of clicking on anything else. What is happening and what can I do to fix it?

I've seen OO do the same thing on occasion. I don't know why it happens or any specific way to fix it.

I would first exit and re-start OO. Try a new file and/or different file. If that doesn't help, reboot. If that doesn't help try a new OO profile.

Thanks. I did reboot (SOP for me); it didn't help!
