The Order of the Typewriter

I was just reading viewtopic.php?f=30&t=71733 on footnote spacing and it made me think that the forum or some off-shoot body might want to create The Order of the Typewriter, similar to the Legion of Honour (Ordre national de la Légion d'honneur) in France or the Order of Canada (I leave the reader to figure out the country) that would be awarded to the person who was trying to mend the most egregious example of misformatting à la MS Word or brute force typewriter formatting.

Perhaps to be awarded annually or at any time when a spectacularly bad example of formatting appears?

This would be awarded as an expression of sympathy to the recipient who is trying to fix such a dog's breakfast of a file and not to the original creater of the file: I see no reason to be offensive or insulting to someone who has just not been taught to use tools properly.
